GROUNDS CREW POSITIONS

Burdette Park is a municipally owned and operated facility, governed by the Vanderburgh County Commissioners. Burdette Park is comprised of approximately 170 acres of scenic rolling hills in southwestern Indiana. Park management and staff are dedicated to providing a safe, recreational, and educational environment for patrons of all ages. Not only is Burdette Park one of the tri-state’s premiere entertainment venues, it’s also a great place to work!

Grounds Crew Duties Include:

  • Trash removal
  • Landscaping
  • Debris removal
  • Weed eating
  • Event setup
  • Building clean up

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour
Benefits: Flexible schedule. We will work around your school and athletic schedule!
Schedule: 8 hour shift / Day shift / Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate: Evansville, IN 47712: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification: Driver’s License (Preferred) Work

CAMPGROUND OFFICE ASSISTANT

Campground Office Assistant Responsibilities Include:

  • Making reservations
  • Answering phones
  • Report maintenance requests
  • Guide campers to their designated spots
  • Process renter permits

Job Type: Part-time / 29 hours a week on average
Pay: Starts at $12.00 per hour

CONCESSIONS / ADMISSIONS TEAM

Concessions Workers Responsibilities Include:
  • Taking patron orders
  • Cooking & prepping food.
  • Sanitize eating areas.
  • Distribute floats
  • Stock gift shop merchandise
  • Distribute tickets to park patrons.

Pay: $10.10 – $13.60 per hour
Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonuses and advancement opportunities.

LIFEGUARD POSITIONS

Are you 15 years of age or older and looking for a rewarding job this summer?

Burdette Park is currently seeking responsible individuals to join our LIFEGUARD safety team!

Burdette Park is comprised of approximately 170 acres of scenic rolling hills in Southwestern Indiana. Park management and staff are dedicated to providing a safe, recreational, and educational environment for patrons of all ages. Not only is Burdette Park one of the tri-state’s premiere entertainment venues, it’s also a great place to work!

We will also work around your school and athletic schedule! Starting pay is $11.50/per hour.

All lifeguards will need to obtain a valid Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
